Food fuels our summer experience! Our experienced chefs work hard every day to provide an outstanding and delicious camp dining experience by serving three nutritious, tasty meals daily to guests.

Meals are served in our camp dining hall. Buffet-style meal service allows Catalina Sea Camp to serve a wider variety of foods to meet the appetites of every camper. We are also very attentive to the specific dietary needs of our campers, and we always have alternatives on-hand to replace dairy, gluten, and meat products. Our programs serve over 55,000 children each year, many of whom have food allergies, and our kitchen staff works hard to ensure that those children are safely fed.

Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

We do not serve nuts to campers, and we do not use peanut oil to prepare food. Any camper food allergies or dietary needs should be listed on their Health History Form. For specific concerns about dietary needs, please contact the Summer Camp Director.

Birthdays at Catalina Sea Camp

Birthdays at Catalina Sea Camp are extra special because everyone at camp celebrates you! At dinner, the camper is “chaired” by the staff and serenaded with the camp birthday song. A birthday cake is then served to the camper to share with their cabin group.
