The Catalina Sea Camp checklist of required camp forms for registration helps parents prepare their child for summer camp. It includes camp tuition and fees, camper experience, camper code of conduct, transportation, camp store account, the parent authorization form, health history form and physicians exam. We find that the easiest way for camp families to organize themselves is to print the complete checklist and cross items off as they submit various pieces of paperwork throughout the process. Although it can seem tedious, all of this information will help us ensure that we maximize your camper’s information to ensure a safe and educational camp experience for them this summer!

All the required forms and the full tuition are due by May 1st. If you register later than May 1st, you must pay the full tuition and all forms must be submitted as soon as possible.
